1. Online Order Procedure?

Ans: To shop online follow these steps:

  • Go to bachaaparty.ca
  • click on the item you like,
  • Select color, size and click on ‘buy now’,
  • If you want to shop more products then click on "continue shopping",
  • Click on ‘next’,
  • Provide your address and details,
  • Click on - I confirm my order,
  • Add your payment details to proceed with the checkout

 

2. Order cancellation policy.

  • International orders can be canceled any time prior dispatch by contacting our customer support. Although, we do encourage our customers to share their reasons for cancellation with us to help us enhance their experience with us in the future.
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be edited or canceled.

 

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Items are eligible for return/refund only if received in a damaged condition, incorrect size, or wrong item.
  • Please note that items must be unused and contain all the original tags and packaging (if any).
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

4. Order Delivery Time?

- Our delivery time is 7-10 busniess days after order confirmation 

5- Can I modify my order?

Any modifications can be requested prior to the order being dispatched through our customer support team.

Delivery charges may vary depending on the destination and the weight of the shipment.

Customers can pay the order amount online through Paypal/Shopify payment gateway.

9- How do I track my order after it's been shipped?

The tracking details with relevant courier link will be shared over email once the order is dispatched.
