Shipping & Return Policy

International Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched the next busniess days after order confirmation and are delivered in 7 to 10 Busniess days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination.
  • Customer is liable to pay any duties/taxes applied or provide documents required on the shipment by customs.
  • If a customer fails to pay the applied duty and taxes/ provide relevant documents to authority if any, Bachaa Party will not be responsible to refund, or compensate the order.
  • During sale events, delivery times may exceed normal estimates.
  • If any item becomes unavailable, Bachaa Party reserves the right to ship the order with a notification of the missing item. A refund for the unavailable item will be processed within three buniess days and credited to the same payment method.

 

Order Cancellation

  • International orders can be canceled anytime prior dispatch by contacting our customer support.
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be edited or canceled.

 

Payment Verification

  • We ensure a safe and secure shopping experience. However, for security reasons, we may require payment verification via call or email as per bank instructions. (Identity & Card details may be required).
  • Bachaa Party reserves the right to cancel orders if payment is declined by the authorized payment institution.

 

Shipment Charges

  • Our shipping rates vary destination to destination and on the weight of the parcel (excluding taxes and duties).
  • Shipment charges are calculated at checkout once shipping address is entered.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes applied on the shipment.

Returns & Refunds

 

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Items are eligible for return/refund only if received in a damaged condition, incorrect size, or wrong item.
  • Refunds will be issued only for unused, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Color variations due to photographic lighting or device settings do not qualify for a refund.
  • Any extra fabric or embellishments used for photoshoots will not be included unless specified on the website. Claims based on this will not be considered valid.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email complaint@bachaaparty.com within 3 days of delivery, including your order number and product details.
  • Customer support team will guide you about the return process and destination, you may use any preferred courier service but any customs charges applied to the shipment are to be borne by the customer.

 

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges and customs duties are non-refundable.
  • Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Bachaa Party reserves the right to deny compensation or a refund if required return information is not provided.

 

Exchange Policy

Currently, exchanges are not available for international orders. All products undergo a thorough quality check before dispatch to ensure accuracy.
